Service Description

This training option helps students to learn how to practice in a healthy way and to have more regular guidance on their training. Students booking in for this bundle recieve two 30 minute classes per week as well as practice resources on dropbox to help them with warm ups between classes. They are also encourage to send any questions to Mel between lessons and she regularly will listen to any practice concerns and questions asked. Accountability coaching through the week included.
